Chandler Adams LLC represents and supplies industrial processing equipment. Most equipment is quoted and built to order, which affects how returns work.

Engineered and made-to-order equipment

Pellet mills, reclaim systems, control systems, and other engineered or custom-configured equipment are non-returnable once ordered, because they are specified and built for your specific application.

Standard stock parts and components

Returns of standard, unused, resalable stock parts may be accepted within 30 days of delivery with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A restocking fee may apply, and return freight is the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us to request an RMA before returning any item; returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect all shipments on arrival. Report any damage or shipping error within 5 business days of delivery, and note visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt so we can help resolve it.
